Compounded Tirzepatide
Your Neuvia clinician will assess whether this treatment is right for you before prescribing. You will be automatically refunded in full if you are not eligible for treatment. Individual results may vary. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Your clinician sets your starting dose from 2.5mg and increases it over time based on your response. As with all treatments on this plan, the dose schedule is managed for you.
One self-injection per week, on the same day each week. Your treatment arrives as a monthly vial with a syringe kit and full instructions. A licensed Neuvia clinician reviews your health history and eligibility before anything is prescribed, sets your dosing schedule, and adjusts it throughout your treatment.
How it works
Your body already produces GLP-1 and GIP naturally. They’re the two hormones that help you feel full and keep your metabolism working as it should. As you get older, these signals start to decline, which can make it harder to regulate weight the way you once did, regardless of what you eat or how active you are.
Tirzepatide works by restoring both signals at once — while most treatments restore just one — giving your body the help it needs to feel satisfied, manage weight, and find an equilibrium that feels sustainable again. Individual results may vary.
In clinical trials, tirzepatide helped patients lose up to around 20% of their body weight — more than GLP-1 treatments alone.¹
Tirzepatide is the first weight loss treatment to work on two of the body’s hunger signals at once, not one. It delivers meaningful, sustained results by working with your biology rather than against it.
In clinical trials, patients lost up to around 20% of their body weight. Those results go beyond what single-hormone treatments, or diet and exercise alone, typically achieve.¹
By acting on both GIP and GLP-1, tirzepatide turns down the constant preoccupation with food that makes weight so hard to keep off — the “food noise” that willpower alone rarely quiets.²
Tirzepatide improves how your body processes glucose, supporting healthier metabolic function and reducing the risk of Type 2 diabetes.³
As weight comes down and blood sugar steadies, most patients report real improvements in energy and mood.⁴

But losing up to 20% of your body weight does more than change how your clothes fit. Most women report more energy, better sleep and an easier relationship with their body. Your results may vary.

Because tirzepatide works on two of your appetite signals at once, most patients notice the change early. That can mean reduced food noise and fewer cravings in the first weeks, before the weight itself starts to shift. From there, your Neuvia clinician adjusts your dose gradually, so the treatment keeps up with your body at every stage.
What the science says

Tirzepatide is the first treatment of its kind to act on two of the body’s appetite and blood-sugar pathways at once. In a 2023 peer-reviewed analysis, researchers concluded the dual GIP/GLP-1 approach had “opened a new era… on weight loss, with broad and promising clinical implications.”Diabetology & Metabolic Syndrome, 2023
