How it works
As you get older, your body needs a helping hand with repair and recovery.
The hormones for growing and repairing your body are released mostly at night, triggered by a signal from your brain called GHRH. As you get older, that signal weakens, even though the part of you that responds to it, your pituitary gland, still works exactly as it should.
Sermorelin replicates that same signal. It’s the first 29 amino acids of your body’s own GHRH, in synthetic form. When taken before bed, it prompts your pituitary gland to produce growth and repair hormones and send them around your body. It doesn’t force growth hormone into your system the way an injection of HGH itself would, it works through your own regulation, so your body still controls how much it releases.
